Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Happy Independence Day!

Today was July 4th, Independence Day for us Americans. Pat and I took a little tour around the area to grab photos with a distinctly American theme. Here's the U.S. flag and the Colorado flag flying high! More America-themed photos to come over the next couple of days... Hope everyone had a great Fourth!

Beautiful flags Tamera and it looks like you had quite a bit of wind blowing too!

We ended up having a violent thunderstorm late at night. I guess the wind was a harbinger of that. But it was a beautiful day!

Re Rodin - when «Louis» lived in Paris, he found the home where Rodin's companion in art and lover, Camille Claudell lived on Île-Saint-Louis.
