This rock formation in the Garden of the Gods is known as the Three Graces, and it's easily accessible via a paved trail. It's a dramatic, almost sculpture-like formation from any angle.

I guess I'll never understand the excitement people feel about Garden of the Gods. Yes, I want to tell them, it's a little weird and mildly interesting to have a red-rock sandstone formation HERE, but if you travel a couple of hundred miles west, you'll find half a state filled with them.
We are so fortunate to have such a beautiful rock formation in our own backyard. Not to mention a 14,000 foot peak right behind it. Colorado Springs has some of the most pristine natural formations in the world. It's simply gorgeous and we're lucky to be able to see it every day. Utah can suck it!

About my fair city
Colorado Springs is a city of about half a million souls nestled at the foot of Pikes Peak. I've lived here since 1979. The view is stupendous, the weather is incredible and the people are all over the chart, just like any other city. There is so much to offer here. I love my city and its colorful history, and I hope you enjoy my images of beautiful, funky and ever-changing Colorado Springs.

I can see why this is called Garden of the Gods. Gorgeous scenery.
Spoken like a true local, Jude! ;^)
