Larger than life athlete



Now that the US Olympic Committee has taken up residence downtown (in the building just visible in the background of this photograph, actually), there are a couple of these colossal athlete decals to be seen here and there, stuck to various edifices.  It's an Olympic year.  Are you getting excited for the London games?  I sure am!

I will be glued to the TV. I met a Swedish swimmer a couple of years ago and took her portrait for my blog. She will win Olympic gold in London.

Me too Steffe. We have a lot of Olympians who live in Colorado Springs because the Olympic Training Center is here. I go crazy whenever there's an Olympics!
