Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

The Colorado Springs Classic Criterium

Pat and I took a walk in Monument Valley Park on Easter Sunday, and while there we couldn't help but notice that the roads were blocked off and a pretty serious bike race was going on.  It turned out to be the Colorado Springs Classic Criterium, I learned after doing a little research.  I'm not a sports photographer but I did the best I could to capture the peloton screaming down Monument Street at full tilt.  Below, a different angle on the action: this guy was too intent on his slacklining technique to pay much attention to the cyclists going by.
