Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Pretty in pink

I'm actually not terribly fond of the color pink, but I couldn't resist grabbing a shot of these gorgeous heirloom roses in high bloom as I was doing some engagement portraits in Monument Valley Park a couple of weeks ago. So pretty!

I'm not fond of pink either, but I miss roses like this. I've never been fond of those hybrid ones they sell in flower shops - too perfect (read, cold) for my taste.
