Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Waning "super" moon

There was another so-called "super" moon on the night of July 22nd. Did you see it from your neck of the woods? I had every intention of photographing it, but I ended up working late and missing the moon rise.  The next night, however, Pat and I were able to get a shot of it from a vantage point on the west side.  Technically this isn't a full moon, but it looks pretty full to me. Oh, and in case you were wondering, I definitely enhanced the size of it in Photoshop, just to be silly. It most certainly was not this big!
