Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. The little car that could

Speaking of old Volkswagens... I spotted this Karmann Ghia the other day in traffic. What a a great car! I have owned three Karmann Ghias: a 1971 blue one and two 1969s, one in orange and the other one a "parts donor" in black. I loved my Volkswagens. I had the orange one the longest, and we sure had some fun times in that car! One of these days I'll buy another one. This one here is in really nice condition. Its tail lights tell me it was probably built between 1965 and 1969. I like the soft yellow color too. Great looking little car!

Tamera, my dad had one exactly like this one! We used to call it his Mr. Magoo car. He loved it. Fun memories seeing you post this one today!

That's so funny, Jacqi! My boss at the time used to tell me that I looked like Mr. Magoo driving my little Ghia around!

That soft gold really works well on that car. It's the first time I've heard the name of the car... though I've seen the odd photograph of them before.

William it's basically just a squashed VW beetle... same engine and other parts, different body. And a little more stylish as well, in my opinion! :^)

Volkswagen Polo I also had with former wife. The car was reliable. I can not not forget him.
