Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Skywatch Friday the Thirteenth

A view westward from the corner of Colorado and Tejon, at two edifices built a century apart. In the background is the Wells Fargo Tower, constructed around 1990, and in the foreground is the old Robbins-on-the-Corner store, built in fits and starts in the 1880s. It's now home to a bar called the Thirsty Parrot.

Quite a contrast between those buildings. It works so well in black and white.
