Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Coach truck

I am baffled by this truck. As you can see, it has an aggressively masculine style... and yet it has a giant Coach logo on the tailgate. It also has the Coach "C"s on the sides of the vehicle. To me, Coach is a women's luxury brand known mainly for logo-covered purses and wallets. I do realize that they have clothing and accessory lines for both women and men, but mostly they're known for purses. Soooo... what on earth? Why would someone who's so in-your-face about their masculinity cover their truck with Coach logos? This is what I call a mixed message.

That's a mystery wrapped inside a puzzle infested with an enigma.

We are used to consider the female psyche as mysterious - maybe the male psyche is no less so?

True, Paul. And maybe it's a female driving the truck!

I would have been confused too. I guess you'd have to look for the tag, ha ha.

Here, lots of bikers wear pink helmets because they think drivers will be more careful beside girls.
