Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Italianate confection

This lovely Italianate Victorian sits at 9 East Dale Street. I've always been fascinated by it -- it's one of the few of its style in Colorado Springs (there's another great example on Colorado Avenue, and one on North Nevada). According to my research, it was built in 1885 and is now segmented into apartments. I think its allure for me lies in the gothic feel of the architecture. Straight out of the Addams Family!
