Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

A "wild" payload

Pat and I spied this as we went to breakfast yesterday -- a flatbed truck carrying a load of life size, bronze elk, deer and who knows what else. Just one of those absurdly odd things that you randomly come across from time to time! I suppose these are meant to be yard ornaments. That one right behind the cab of the truck is HUGE! Apologies for the graininess of the photo, we were quite a distance away.

Absurd and odd to say the least, Tamera! And well worth photographing.

Wow, there must really be a market for these.

That's what I thought too, Randy! I guess people really do buy these life size figurines for their yards!
