Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

I took this on Wednesday afternoon in our yard. It was lovely and warm the last couple of days, but today the weather is supposed to turn ugly. In fact, we're told to expect up to 20" of snow over the next 48 hours! On the other hand, we're also told that the storm may largely pass us by and leave very little snow. Either way, I'm prepared to hunker down over the weekend and read a book.

The winter's work is to cool things and ... that's what it does! (just kidding).

That's quite a bit on the fence!

Reading a book is a good way to wait it out. With a cup of tea or hot chocolate.

We're getting a full day of heavy snow here.
