Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

A walk through the Beidleman Environmental Center

Technically I wasn't taking a walk, I was with clients doing engagement portraits last Saturday at Beidleman and it was such a perfect afternoon! The Beidleman Environmental Center is one of those great open spaces that only the immediate neighbors seem to know about, which is nice because it's never crowded as a result. It's always nice and quiet, and I appreciate that! Great place for an easy hike! On our way out, I noticed these gorgeous purple blooms (liatris, maybe?) and snapped a quick picture for you. And below is a bracelet that my clients spotted hanging waist high on a plant just inside the entrance to the park, directly on the path. So hey, if you lost your bracelet at Beidleman, some kind soul picked it up and put it in a spot that's easy to find!
