Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

I captured this image on Sunday afternoon. There's quite a contrast between the sunny yellow of the flower and the dark grey of the sky. Although it didn't rain, the clouds certainly looked foreboding! In fact, the day was very sunny and almost uncomfortably hot, but you'd never know it looking at this picture.

Very good with both a dark gray sky and some sunlight on the flower.

I saw the flooding in CS and thought I would just check in to make sure you were ok.

The flower stands out beautifully.

Randy, we had an adventure yesterday in getting "trapped" in Manitou just as things were about to get ugly, but we got out of there in time and made it home. There were two severe, crazy storms at my studio too! (I was only there for the second one, but my landlord told me the first storm was totally insane.) The whole day was pretty crazy! Thank you for asking. Hope you're well and enjoying your hiatus!!! :^)
