I am tardy with today's post because I was up very late working, and by the time I got to a stopping point, I was just too tired to blog anything. So, a little belated, but I hope this tranquil street scene, captured a few days ago on the corner of Columbia and Tejon in the Old North End, brings you a feeling of calm and security today.

To the citizens of the beautiful city of Paris and all of their loved ones, to all my French friends:  in the wake of yesterday's unspeakable horror I extend my sincerest condolences and wishes for peace and healing. Courage, mes amis! Liberté, égalité, fraternité! Nous sommes avec vous!
