Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

To the rescue

A common overhead sight at my studio, the Flight For Life helicopter embarks from Penrose Hospital, two blocks to the west. I think it would be quite interesting being a paramedic, but being a paramedic on the Flight For Life chopper must be an adrenaline rush every single day. What a job!

Perhaps we're able to notice the helicopters more now after the leaves have fallen from the trees.

There's an air ambulance landing pad at a hospital not that far from my place, so I'm used to seeing helicopters or hearing them. I like this shot.
