Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Stir crazy

You know where to find Colorado Springsians when the weather is nice in January: outdoors. Pat and I went for a brisk walk in Monument Valley Park last Saturday, and we were definitely not alone! Here are a few of the many people we came across at the park, all of them shaking off the winter blues by getting their heart rates up.

I'm surprised it's so warm there. People are engaging in the same activities here on the California Central Coast.

It's rare to see low to the ground bikes like that here.

Barbara we usually get fairly mild winters (compared to say, Wisconsin or Minnesota), but it can get very cold here too! The weather is just kind of wacky year-round at 6,000 feet! ;^)
