Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

U.F.O. (Unidentifiable Foreign Object)

I took this picture in Castle Rock last month, when I was there to go hiking with my friend Autumn. I drove past this sculpture on the way to our meeting place and was very puzzled by it. I couldn't figure out what it was supposed to represent! After our hike we went to lunch, and the sculpture happened to be near the parking lot of the restaurant we chose. I took a few pictures as we walked by and expressed my confusion to Autumn, who explained that it was a train. A train, duh! Thank you Autumn for pointing out the utterly obvious! Ha ha!

It is very clear that it is a machine train.

It does look quite train like, but if you're looking at it from a different angle, you might wonder.
