Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

October 2016 Theme Day: Abandoned

Today is October 1st, which means it's Theme Day for CDP bloggers! This month's theme is abandoned. Pat and I drove about 25 miles east of town to Peyton to get this photo, just as it was starting to get dark out. These abandoned old buildings have been sitting there for many years and I've always wanted to photograph them. No time like the present! We had outrun a rainstorm in town, but to the east it was all soft light and moody clouds.
