Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

The diamond is no longer in the rough

It's been nearly three years since I last showed you this house, which is right next door to my studio. At the time it was in a terrible state! (HERE's that post, if you don't remember how bad it was.) I suppose this renovation has taken longer than the usual, but that's okay. Any progress is fine with me. Doesn't it look much better? They just added the sod, and that cinder block wall under construction will soon be covered in stucco and painted the same blue as the house. I'm told that the plan is to make this a little restaurant. A restaurant only steps from my door? I'm destined to become a regular!

Normal, when services are near more use is made of them.
