On Wednesday afternoon, I took a solo drive to some of my favorite spots, ending up in Manitou Springs. I took a few (bad) pictures of Fountain Creek on my way out, then sat there for a while just listening to the sound of the water. Before I left, I looked upward to find perfect blue skies and golden leaves.
