Pat and I went gallery hopping last Friday night, including the Cottonwood Center for the Arts. As we were leaving there I snapped this photo of Vallejo's, one of the oldest restaurants in town. If you've never been there you should really try it out sometime. It's delicious! Old, family owned restaurants like Vallejo's are hard to find these days.
