Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

A museum in the making

Construction is well underway on the long anticipated Olympic Hall of Fame. We noticed it the other day while driving on the interstate, and went to take a closer look this afternoon. It's on the east side of the railroad tracks where Vermijo meets (I think) Sawatch, in the Conejos District. It looks interesting. I can't wait to see the finished structure! I think it'll add a lot of pizzazz to our lower downtown.

The frame suggests it'll be quite a modern design.
