Last week I had a rare chance to enjoy a few minutes of down time at Hudson Gardens in Littleton. Usually if I'm at Hudson Gardens I'm there to shoot a wedding -- I've never gone there to just hang around and enjoy the sunshine. I felt all my stress just slide away for the half hour or so that I had alone with the flowers.

I just stumbled across your blog, and I think it is wonderful! I live in Colorado Springs as well, and, in a back-and-forth project with my Virginia mother, am taking at least a picture a day. It is wonderful to see Colorado Springs through the lens of another photographer. I am taking some inspiration from you and will carry around my camera more often, as I usually end up taking pictures closer to home. I'll be checking in to see what you photograph next!
