Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

English ivy

I'm a fan of English ivy and I've got it growing in a couple of different spots in my own garden. It's evergreen, which is nice. I know it can become invasive but I like the form of the leaves. This ivy was on a brick wall in an alleyway where I was doing a photo shoot last Friday.

I like their leaves too, but I've never actually seen English Ivy here. I wonder if they can survive the heat.

I like it too! I had some in a hanging pot in my kitchen for awhile, but it died.
