Today I had lunch with my friend Jenn at PF Chang's on the north side of Colorado Springs. For those of you not in the U.S., PF Chang's is a popular chain restaurant that serves vaguely upscale Chinese food. There's at least one in every good sized city in the United States. And in front of every PF Chang's is a pair of these colossal, faux Ming dynasty war horses.
Part of me hates to admit this because I will always, always choose local over a chain, especially when it comes to restaurants, but I like PF Chang's. There is a certain dish I always order. I also hate to admit that I think these faux Ming dynasty horses are kind of, I dunno, cool. Eeeek!

LOL! You are so funny. I love Chinese food, chain or not, and the horse is cool! ;)
I ate at PF Chang's in downtown Chicago a couple of months ago, but I didn't notice the horses. The food was delicious!
I have never seen one. Guess I would have remembered, eh? Oh well, now I will start looking out for those horses! I love Chinese food!
I love the lettuce wraps and the horses.
