A shot taken out my car window at the intersection of Nevada and Fontanero, right by my studio. You can see that the trees are almost in full leaf now. All of our downtown avenues in the residential areas have wide, grassy medians with century old oaks marching down them in pairs. And of course all the homes are all like these Victorian and Craftsman beauties. So wonderful. I love downtown in summer!

Very pretty Tamera! It reminds me of downtown here except that all of our century old oaks are draped in Spanish moss.
