Pat recently discovered this enormous community garden in the charming Mill Street neighborhood, and took me there on a bike ride last weekend so I could get a few pictures of it. In a few short weeks, all those planters will be overflowing with veggies! I really like the greenhouse, don't you? It'd be nice to have one like that in my backyard!

The greenhouse is quite elegant looking. Community gardens are something Oakland has in common with CS.
