Every summer there's a big collaborative yard sale in the Old North End, the neighborhood where my studio is located. All of the homeowners plan together to put stuff out on their lawns to sell. It took a lot of willpower for me to keep on driving as I made my way to work! All those nice big Victorians crammed full of this and that -- who knows what goodies I passed up? I did break down and take a picture of this sale going on in a North Nevada Avenue yard. But I was good and didn't stop!

I don't think I would have had the self control. Treasures! You never know when a muffler man head is going to show up.
