Vallejo's Restaurant
The other night Pat and I stopped into Vallejo's for dinner. It's been too long, I forgot how much I love that place. And it's tucked away onto a side street so only those "in the know" are hip to the place -- it's definitely a neighborhood restaurant. I doubt that many people who don't live or work within a one-mile radius of Vallejo's are even aware of its existence. And that's a pity, because the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the service is always excellent. Vallejo's is an institution. In fact, it's been around for over 50 years. You should check it out the next time you're in the neighborhood.

Looks like one of those great little hidden gems where the food is authentic, not "corporate"!
Now I know the place! looks authentic
