McAllister House
The McAllister House, 423 North Cascade Avenue, is one of our most well known historic buildings. Built in 1873 as the home of Henry McAllister, one of our earliest prominent citizens, it now functions as a small museum. I'm ashamed to say that, even though I lived only half a block away from it when I was in my twenties (and more recently, my photography studio was located a stone's throw away for about four years), I have never been inside the McAllister House! The other day I did take a few minutes to wander around the grounds and take a couple of pictures. It's so cute. It looks just like a gingerbread house. One of these days I will find the time to go in and explore the McAllister House, and I promise I'll take plenty of pictures for the blog.

That has happened to you with the house is not unusual, it happens to many people the same. Just one thing you have at your fingertips so you do not worry about it.
Tomás.
I love it and yes, you must go in sometime. I would love to see pictures!
It looks like a pretty house. I look forward to hearing what it looks like inside.
