I've been noticing these all over the city in the last few months: utility boxes, normally a depressing grey, painted with colorful wildlife scenes. I spied this one downtown yesterday as I was Christmas shopping. It's called "Free To Be Me" and it was created by artist Tammy Meeske. I love finding art in unexpected places!
