I first noticed this garden last September, just glancing out the downtown library window. Apparently it had been there since 2007 but somehow I missed it! I finally had a chance last week to wander around and explore this oasis of calm and beauty in the middle of our downtown. It's called the Carnegie Library Demonstration Garden and it's lovely! All of the plants are particularly suitable for our tough climate. Here are a few pictures of what I saw.
