Summer is on the wane

We're more than halfway through August now. Slowly but surely, almost imperceptibly, we've begun to inch toward autumn. Kids everywhere are starting school, the days are getting shorter little by little, and the nights are getting cooler. But there's still a bit of summer left to go. My garden is producing like crazy this year and the sunflowers are in full bloom. This bee still has plenty of buzzing to do before he calls it quits on summer!
