A rude awakening

I took a picture this morning and almost forgot to blog it! After two days of mostly sunny weather and blue skies (finally!), this is what we woke up to today. It was freezing cold and the snow was coming down! Thankfully, we managed to completely enclose our giant garden in heavy duty plastic yesterday afternoon in advance of the storm, so my tomatoes will live on for now.

I'm hearing the rest of the week will be nice and warm. That's Colorado for you!
