The facade of Lucky Devil Tattoo on Bijou Street (which, by the way, is owned by the nephew of my friend Stephani's ex-boyfriend) is especially striking. Admittedly I cannot resist red and black! But I also like the old-timey look of the typeface.

I have had a rough winter (seasonal affective disorder) and have been cheering myself up by buying red and black kitchen accessories - just bought a wonderful r and b toaster. Maryland Katie

Katie we use red as an accent color in our house too! We have a red toaster and a red blender, and my favorite kitchen towels are red as well. You're right, red is really a great pick-me-up for your mood. It really sparks things up!
