Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

The second shift

I did some maternity portraits at Ute Valley Park today, and though the morning and early afternoon were chilly and gusty, by the time my clients and I got there the sun was shining and the wind had died down. Perfect! Ute Valley Park is a very popular spot in that neighborhood, especially in the late afternoon, when people are getting off of work. As I was packing up my gear to leave, folks were starting to arrive for their afternoon run, mountain bike ride, or hike, like this lady. It was the perfect afternoon for it.
