Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Flowers small and large

In the foreground are some golden rudbeckia in a planter in front of the Antlers Hotel, and in the background are giant facsimiles thereof. My friend Chris Weed is known for his large metal sculptures and, like the wild rudbeckia that blooms here every summer, they can be found all over town and in other cities like Denver and Fort Collins, to name a couple. This giant "bouquet" has been in this spot for several years now, and it's become a beloved downtown landmark.
