Pat and I hit up the State Fair on Labor Day weekend. We don't make it there every year, but it's always a goal since we have so much fun people watching and checking out all the handicrafts, animals, and other weird stuff that you only see at the fair. Oh and we eat all kinds of bad food too, of course! Here's a little teaser. I'll post more over the next couple of days.

Here it tends to be fall fairs, in smaller towns. I haven't been to one of those since I was a teenager.
