Most of our gutters downtown have a little badge on them asking people not to dump toxic stuff, because it eventually ends up in our streams and rivers, and thus our water supply (duh!), not to mention it's toxic to fish and wildlife. This one on the corner of Colorado and Sawatch has a more creative and eye-catching way of getting the message across.
