How Does Your Garden Grow?

Mary, Mary, quite contrary,
How does your garden grow?
With silver bells, and cockle shells,
And pretty maids all in a row.

Well my garden hasn't really grown very much yet at all! I had a slow start with getting things into the ground, and yesterday I stopped by Spencer's Garden Center to pick up just one more cucumber plant. Now let's all keep our fingers crossed that the rest of this summer won't be like last year, when myriad wildfires across the western half of the country caused everything to basically wither and die because the sun couldn't penetrate through the haze well enough. I'm hoping for a bumper crop, with a little luck!
