Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

The Denver Modernism Show 2019 (Part 2)

More goodies from the Modernism Show! I wanted it all! I did take home a few choice vintage items (two dresses, a butter dish, a 1950s apron sewing pattern, a fabulous old charm bracelet and some earrings), but I wish I could have gotten more -- there was so much great stuff! Sigh. Oh well, there's always next year!
I have a red Formica table like this one and I adore it. After two decades of duty in our dining room, this year it started a new role as my sewing table, which is great because you know how much I love to sew from vintage patterns. It's a match made in heaven. 😊

Actually, by "hit home" I meant I remembered it. I was never became a nurse, and never ended up marrying a doctor, even though the cover suggests that a beautiful nurse can entrance a handsome young doctor. Ha.
