Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Day Two of This Snowstorm

I haven't left the house since Sunday, except for a quick errand this evening around 6:45, and man is it ever cold out there! As I type this, the temperature is 9°F (-13° C), the wind is blowing at 16-22 miles per hour making it feel like -13° F (-25° C), and we're going to get up to three more inches of snow overnight. Brrrrr, I tell you! Since I didn't leave my house during daylight hours and thus didn't get a picture for the blog, here's a boring photo of my car from yesterday morning. As you can see, we got quite a bit of snow!

That is my idea of a swell time.

That surprisingly cold air for this time of year is reaching down here...but no beautiful snow. Stay snug and warm!
