Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Sunday Style!

What are the odds of finding a Sunday Style subject at 11,669 feet above sea level?  Behold this stylish tourist that I spied at the summit of Guanella Pass last weekend.  I love everything she's wearing for a day of high altitude sightseeing. The knit cap, quilted jacket, worn jeans, Doc Martens, and especially that tobacco colored leather bag. I want it!

Ah, Doc Martens. My oldest daughter wore those back in the 1990s. I had no idea they were still popular. But, what do I know. I still have a pair or two of Roots negative heel shoes in the basement. And the knit cap, would be called a tuque where I live. (And don't believe what you may have read. No one I know would wear a tuque with a tassel.)
