Every city has its fair share of characters, and this man is one of ours. I've been seeing him around for years and I just never seem to get a picture of him, even though he always pedals his artfully decorated bike at a very sedate pace. I guess I just have slow reflexes or bad luck, or both! He's unfailingly nattily dressed and wears a fun hat that matches his bicycle. I've spotted him twice in the last couple of weeks, and the second time I managed to get this (crummy) shot of him pedaling away. One of these days I'll get a good picture of him for you, I swear!
