What's happened to our legendary view? Unfortunately it looks like this lately (that's if you can see it at all), because there are several wildfires burning in Colorado right now and the air quality is quite bad. You can smell the smoke, especially in the afternoon and at night. It's been extremely hot too, which isn't helping. I do enjoy summer but not when this happens. Hopefully we'll get a meaningful amount of rain in Colorado in the next few days and it'll help with this terrible situation.

Smoke can travel a long, long way. I remember some years ago smelling smoke, and the news indicated it had been coming all the way from the James Bay area.
