It's Theme Day for City Daily Photo bloggers! The first of every month is the day we all blog on a particular theme, and September's is a favorite photo. Here's a moment from the Colorado State Fair captured almost exactly two years ago, on September 2, 2018. I'm quite fond of this image for some reason, and since we're not going to the fair this year thanks to the pandemic, I thought it'd be a good time to feature it on the blog again.
