I haven't seen a VW Squareback in so long! Coming across it in the parking lot at Mountain Mama made my day. It was like running into an old friend! You used to see these all over, but now they're a rarity. Both Pat and I love old Volkswagens. In our salad days he had a VW Bug and I had three different Karmann Ghias -- one of them was exactly the same color as this Squareback.

I can't recall ever hearing that this was a type.
I am laughing. I don't think I"ve ever seen one. In person, or otherwise. Of course, I don't notice cars much. What a vehicle!
