Garden Jewel

I managed to capture this little hummingbird in our bee and butterfly garden last weekend. They're so fast, it's almost impossible to get a successful picture! I was only to get two clicks in before it flitted off into the maple tree. We only occasionally get hummingbirds, and when we do they head straight for the hyssop and ignore everything else. What a beautiful little visitor. It made my whole day to see it.
