Sunday Style!

This pair walked past me as I was foraging downtown for breakfast last weekend. I'm not sure if that's a stylist's smock she's wearing (there's a posh salon around the corner from this spot) or if it's a little black dress, but either way I like how she's cinched it to accentuate her tiny waist.
